Our Story
With more than 20 years’ experience in draughtsmanship and modelling, founder John Back took the decision to start up a stand-alone consultancy. Today, we work with project leaders, architects, facilities managers and building experts to provide 3D walkthroughs, sections and renders. Our friendly, responsive approach means that clients are happy to have us as part of the team and we are currently working with clients on a local, national and international basis.

Our founder
John Back has been working in construction draughtsmanship for more than 25 years. During that time, he has specialised in CAD drawing, using the latest software to provide accurate drawings and renderings that help businesses to save money and time once on-site.
Previous roles include working with Mowlem Plc, Unique Pubs, Crownhouse Technologies (then part of Laing O’Rourke), Hoare Lea and Aecom. John is committed to providing the best service – not on a get-in, get-out consultancy basis, but with a focus on long-term relationships, adding value through advice, experience and understanding of clients’ overall needs and goals.
